ENRECO, Inc. milling facility assets acquired by Grain Millers, Inc.

Newton, WI, June 21, 2012 – ENRECO®, Inc. announced today that it has completed the sale of its flaxseed milling and bulk distribution assets, retaining its Omega Fields® retail products distribution division which markets Omega-3-rich supplements for equine, canine, poultry and human nutrition. Grain Millers, Inc. of Eden Prairie, MN assumed ownership of ENRECO intellectual and physical property, excluding Omega Fields, on Wednesday, June 20, 2012.

Omega Fields supplements will now be manufactured by Grain Millers, but in the same facility as before and to the same levels of quality and food safety. The flaxseed going into their supplements will continue to be SQF 2000, Level 3-certified, as before – the highest level of food quality and safety in the industry.
