and longtime supporter of Omega Fields' flaxseed supplements, recently won his 69th national title, placing first in the 60-64 age group, in the Tussey mOUTaiNBACK, 50-mile, USA Track & Field Championship race.

The course, through central Pennsylvania's scenic Rothrock State Forest during peak foliage season, was very hilly and ended with four miles of "quad busting" downhill to the finish line. In between, from mile 12 to mile 27, the course went uphill continuously.
