American Institute of Baking (AIB) "SUPERIOR" Certificate of Achievement

Omega Fields' food-grade manufacturing facility has received the American Institute of Baking (AIB) Certificate of Achievement with the highest “SUPERIOR” Rating. AIB is a third-party auditing inspection program for food-grade manufacturing plants that establishes and recognizes a standard for consistency in Food Safety and Quality criteria.

The comprehensive AIB Certificate of Achievement inspection includes annual audits of a facility's food safety and quality programs, HACCP program, management systems, pest control programs, operational methods, personnel practices, buildings and equipment maintenance, and cleaning practices. Each category is individually scored, ranked and tallied, resulting in the company's overall score.

Our food-grade manufacturing facility has also received AIB’s Certificate of Participation recognizing that we are active in a continuing program of improving and maintaining food safety programs. We subscribe to the In-Plant Food Safety and Hygiene Audit Training Program of the Department of Food Safety/Hygiene.
