I want the world to know that Mega Omega is a fabulous product!  I have a fish/seafood allergy, so this alternative food supplement provides me with high levels of Omega 3, 6, and 9, and added minerals with oat bran.  The orange rind bran muffins are a truly fabulous high fiber muffin recipe and has become a family request.
